I am a great believer in paying every penny you owe in tax, but also in not paying a penny more than you owe. It just really irritates me that the DWP are still getting away with the incorrect figures. They could actually start paying the increase from the 6th April then we wouldn't have any problems.

For sure - can't complain about illegal avoidance if I'm doing it myself!

Will you get further cat sitting opportunities do you think? It sounds like you've loved having LM with you and it might be an ideal basis for cat exposure - not too much, no ties, but lots of fun (bit like the auntie gig!).Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days

So, Lovely Moggie has gone back to his real Human, and wow, I should have practised the fastenings on the catbox 🤣😾 Luckily, my sister had helped my niece get him in there in the first place, so it all worked out in the end. Interesting, though 😲
I did the preliminary tidy up while my pasta was cooking including a quick go of the washing machine, I need to relax for a bit now, then its rubbish out, and as much cleaning and tidying as I can bear. I need to change the bed after letting LM on it for so many days
Baby Happy Wheel doesn't love me at the moment, but I got a 50 point YG - 1180 points still to win.2023: the year I get to buy a car2 -

I sometimes miss my cat when she is just in another room! But I do understand why occasional cat visitors / hosts gives you more flexibility than having one of your own. It shocks me sometimes just how much we have changed our lives to suit our small furry overlord.3

So true. I just turned down an ideal and gorgeous place to live because the feral who now is an indoor cat and only reverts to feral when not getting her own way could not come to. Although she is an indoor cat the person suggested that her GSD would smell the cat and go berserk and it was not fair. Honestly I though finding a place to rent with 3 horses would be hard, never thought madam kitten would be the issue!!Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!2
