Morning! Yes, it is only one, but I'll take the support in any case, its all well meant :):):) all friends are good friends, sort of thing :kisses3:

Not a huge amount of mse going on today, though SB is chunnering away in the background. It's more "did I pack what I needed to pack" and I'll definitely be taking my wunderbar Trespass coat, seeing as the forecast next week is so bad, grrr.

  • I might not get back on here before you leave,KC, so I'm sending my best wishes for a safe journey and a lovely holiday:beer:.

Don't worry too much about the weather, I doubt it will be as bad as expected. The forecasters have been known to get things wrong before;)

Even if it does rain a lot at least you won't be reminded of the gardening work you need to be doing every time you look out of the window. Out of sight out of mind is my philosophy and a break from your usual chores will do you the world of good. You've earned it:beer:

Just catching up KC - glad you've managed to get your WM fixed :T Like Cheery Daff's mine plays a lovely tune when it's finished and it definitely encourages me to go and empty it! :D

Hope you have a good night's sleep tonight (don't be too excited!!) and have a fabulous holiday!

Hooray for the mended washing machine!

I used to have a washer/drier, but had stopped using it as a drier, for two reasons. One reason was too keep electricity costs down and the other because the drum started to make a strange slipping noise when drying.

I got a new washing machine last year, and its just for washing. I either put stuff out on the line, or if not on clothes horses a spare bedroom

Hello lovely peeps, thank you :)

I'm sure the holiday/weather thereof will be fine - its only a basic caravan, but we're travelling about in my sister's car, it'll be no problem. The only rule she's made is that she doesn't want to go to an outdoor "attraction" (the Iron Age site) if it's snowing. I think that's pretty reasonable :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
