    OTOH, the machine got really dry  :#

    You have reminded me I'm was going to ask landlord if I could put a washing machine up in the orchard.  On windy and sunny days that would be better than hoping it will dry or using tumble drier.  (I pay a fixed amount for electricity so the cost isn't an issue I just think line dried is better)
    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    Hi sweeties - both those things are true, thank you!  Gluten free flour, cocoa powder, butter, sugar (some of which is subbed by ground almonds, the non-frugal bit) I think that's it :)

    ...keeping the ground almonds in a jar is less frugal than using them!

    No point storing ingredients in the cupboard and forgetting about them!
