The stars are not aligned correctly for me today ... as well as my faux pas last night and this morning, I tried to:
    - book for the *next* visit for the Environment group; there's a new boss in September, and I can't send an email to his inbox :(

    - tried to book a routine thingy at my medical centre. Tried it online, but I need a Registration Letter.
    - tried to book it in person. They're closed between 1 and 2.

At least I have a coffee, and the dishwasher's on.

Oh no, I hate those days where it feels like you are wading through treacle and nothing gets done, and/or what you do goes wrong:(

    So true! Here's the count:

    1. surveys are doing well.
    2. the mistake about the meeting got me **outside** in midmorning.
    3. Asda delivery came early, a good part of it has been cleaned and put away.
    4. I managed to make my routine appointment, for next week.
    5. I've been slurping that same cup of coffee all afternoon, which has been great!
    6. did a load of washing, which is now dry, and still on the line.
    7. cut back some brambles :o though I haven't done their roots yet.
    8. spoke with sister, arranged a local day out tomorrow. She found me a bay plant a few weeks ago, after me looking for months and months, and I can collect it now!
    9. I paid my bandwidth invoice successfully.
    10. the new conditioner I used yesterday has had a great impact :)

I know full well how bad things are for some other forum members, let alone people in trouble the world over: I do need to moan every now and again  but I never forget how well off I am in so many respects.

Avalon Organics Scalp Conditioner - my sister got it on a deal for the shampoo, which she loves, but she didn't want the conditioner. It sounds expensive, I warn you!
Enjoy your day out tomorrow :)
Thanks beanie! Got to be low key, I still feel headachey, but we'll start at a local farm and head along a county footpath :)
