  • 8/16 three days in a row of prepped breakfast and lunch. Plus no money spent on coffee. Had the unfortunate news that I am way over my SlimmingWorld target range again so had to pay, must stay organised! Paying for SW is not good for my budgeting.

Did my three days of work (Mon-Wed) with lunch provided this week - a good thing, yes? No! It broke my habit of being organised and I 100% forgot to make and take a lunch today. So I’ve slipped one day. Back on the wagon next week.

  • Morning,

Not done too well this week, only brought my lunch three times.

Today's lunch is couscous salad thing that DD made in cookery yesterday along with left over pulled chicken from fajitas last night.

List on the first page has been updated, as usual let me know if I've missed anyone or made any errors.

    Have a great Friday :D

  • The couscous salad thing was nice but a bit dry, so a shed load of salad cream and some coleslaw in it and it was much nicer....I do have indigestion now though.

9/11: yesterday, I had enough in the fridge at work to sort out my breakfast and lunch :D But I do need to restock pretty much everything at home and work this weekend

  • 9/16 it’s was ONO for breakfast, jacket potato with cottage cheese for lunch and carrots, radish and some celebrations as a snack. Didn’t do so well in the evening and bought takeaway pizza but so worth it!!!
