Our break consists of a lot of moving hotels to get bargains mummy2. Got 2 nights for £65 B&B in Village hotel sale. It calls itself Chester St Davids but is at Ewloe (near Mold), then Wrexham, Bangor and then back to near Mold again (Holiday Inn sale £29 B&B) then a night at Chester Race Course which is in Chester. Hoping to visit Bodnant Gardens, Caernarfon Castle, Llandudno and a few other places and also meet up with DH's sis who lives near Mold.
I need to get some nice flowers for our garden too.

Morning. More rain here so far.

Mummy2threeboys do hope your brother is better from this latest soon. Hope your DSs cold does not last too long. Our DD1 has had a really bad throat then cold for nearly two weeks. She!!!8217;s back to work today.

Sheils your trip sounds very interesting. Our friends from Leigh went to Llandudno two weeks before Easter and had a great time. They did short trips out from there and saw lots of places. Another area I have not been to.

Weather is due to change so should be better for all.

Morning,hope you all had a nice easter. Shame the weather was so bad for many but watching the weather today it should be getting better now. It was raining earlier but suns trying to come out now, time to get out in the garden i think. Hope you all have a nice day and get some nice wins.

Been bucketing down here this morning, said it would be dry by afternoon so did a bit of a wash and now it looks set to stay on and all day tomorrow - grrrr
New double bed arrived this morning so have it all set up apart from pillows. Thought I had some but only found one so must get them when we are away plus some nice new towels. Is everyone else like me, keeping meaning to throw out old towels and buy new and never doing it?
Got some nice home made lentil soup made, made loads as got so much veg in Asda at 20p!
Been shopping too so not done any comps at all yet.

Llandudno is nice leanfun - we climbed the Great Orme the last time we went. Conwy Castle in next town is amazing too.

Hope everyone gets into their gardens. Must get on.

been a lovely day here with a couple of showers
but all in all mostly sunny & have been busy
getting basil seeds planted :dance:
lol, think the last lot of towels I bought was when
we moved here a good few years ago,
got them from John Lewis 100% Egyptian combed cotton,
they wash lovely & still are good as new,

Pleased you had some fine weather. Here still feels cold and lots of showers.

Shells like Firefly I bought a lot of Egyptian cotton towels ages ago. Not John Lewis just some cheap offer but they have been the bast towels ever. Sometimes I think should I buy some new ones. Have to say my sister bought me two Christie towels for my birthday last year and I have not used them yet.

DS has gone back so by ourselves. We have just put in a big online order ready for the invasion Thursday or Friday.

Sheils hat sounds really lovely! never thought of doing mutli area stays before..great idea! Towels yes lol I had mine 20 years then though I should really get more, but so expensive to replace, gave old ones to he animal shelter.

Well done on the win firefly very pretty! I love cross stitching as well as other crafty/arty hobbies.

I won a case of hobgoblin on the instant win witchwood. Nice reat for hubby.
