Flew at parents home. Saved a large black dog that was running around in the next road. I was going to knock on the nearest door but then saw a warning photo in the house’s window. It had the same type of dog in it so I put the dog in the garden and secured the gate. Only when I got back in my car did I think that the dog could have been nasty.
Then popped to Mr T’ and ar go s to look at Lego with DS2. He didn’t find any. I think we need an extension just to hold his collection.

FFP.. you keep telling yourself why you left.. remind yourself that you deserve to be happy and have a life filled with happiness and love because you are amazing.. I don't care that right now you don't believe me.. but I am ALWAYS right.. because I am amazing.. see how this works? lol.. Tell that very lovely young miss you keep watch over that she is to tell you I said you are amazing every time you doubt yourself.. because she is your best ally and you did that.. you made her into that wonderful person she is.. you think anyone less than amazing could do that?!

Morning all. I don’t have time today to fully read back so hope you’re all ok. Feeling a little sleepy this morning as the storm kept me awake.
Yesterday I did the dailies, two wash loads, dusted some of living room and quickly hoovered right through.
Need to put sofa cover in machine now as Littleydog has covered it in mud.
Decision day now postponed till February.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Morning flyfriends
Piggers thank you, you made me cry not a good look at this time in the morning xx
So I'm up and after my little sob I have
Got washed and dressed
Made my bed and replaced teddies
Made breakfast, ate it and washed up evidence
Took my happy pills
Packed lunch in work bag
Just decluttering a coffee before its time to leave for the bus
Not looking forward to my shift today. It will be one round of 'happy new year, how was your Christmas, quiet mine too' after another! Plus the first one back is always the worst getting back into the routine again.
Will be in later after work probably to complain I'm too tired and collapse in a heap!
Have a great day everyone xxI'm not a muggle...I'm just magically challenged0 -
Morning :hello:
First day back at work after the New Year yesterday and was kept busy all day - which is how I like it. Not manic, not quiet, just busy. The other team in the office had given Annual Leave to three of their Admin staff and then asked if I was covering their phones... ermmm NO. I felt a bit mean - but that was one of the contributing factors to me being ill last year - not happening again!!! Roundtuit has grown a pair - small but effective
I did the dailies yesterday and stuck to the slinky plan. So that's Day 1 tickI also tetrised the drinks cupboard and put away the alcohol that DS brought back from his birthday celebrations, and the plastic mixer jugs. :A I smile every time I walk past the space that has now appeared on the kitchen floor :T
Blowing a hooley here all night - and I suspect my back garden is littered with the contents of the recycling boxIt was heaped with cans and now appears empty and there was just one lonely can wandering around the back yard - I think all his mates must have gone down the garden to explore. Add to list: collect cans when wind has died down.
Paid Stuff and Dailies is my list today.
Have a good day ladies: hold on to your hats!

Was sleeping wonderfully until 5am when Himself decided to come to bed.
Debating whether to go in search of the recycling bin, go for a mooch in a large supermarket when everybody else is going to work - or to stay in bed.
I'm not daft enough to go to the gym two days in a row.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
Don't feel like I got a whole lot of sleep - DH's alarm went at 5 as he's up to London for the day and earn some £s, then Z's went at 6 so she has time to have breakfast (15 mins) and then get dressed and put on her make up (45 mins ) and mine went at 7!!
Haven't looked at list yet but will do shortly. Had my breakfast, now need to get DW on and WM going whilst I'm up the stables. Must sort house insurance out too as due to renew on 6.1 and want to make sure we get the best deal - gone on confused.com and got some decent quotes.
Roundtuit well done you on standing up for yourself!
Funfairprincess what Pigpen says is spot on. Hope work goes OK.
Must get on - Whiz Whippet is giving me the eye and I've just remembered he's not had his breakfast yet .... whoops!!Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0 -
Morning and Happy Hump Day,
One load of washing done last night and another waiting to go in tonight.
Need to put the washer on a clean wash, how much bleach would be good to use?? I normally use vinegar but I've run out and want to get it done before weekend.
Thanks
Pmo2
xWednesday ~ Master Bedroom & Landing
Level 1
Check fire alarms are working - Judging by my cooking, they work :rotfl:
Remove and wash bed linen. - This was done at the weekend
Level 2
Dust surfaces & make sure no cobwebs..
Vacuum mattress before replacing with fresh linen, air the bed if possible
15 minutes floordrobe clearance
Level 3
Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
Sort one area of clothes or linen storage making sure only what should be in there is, anything that's had it's day or doesn't belong there is removed
Clear a hotspot., or spend 15 minutes clearing one.
Do three extra acts of kindess fpr other people.
Extra tasks list, as usual choose one or more- 27 fling boogie time, time for that midweek fling, go on grab a bag and clear that clutter
- Clean windows in these rooms
- Check the airing cupboard, anything that is way past it's use by (maybe recycle for rags if possible, you could donate old sheets oor towels to a local animal rescue for bedding)
- Clean tops of wardrobes and drawers (if safe to do so, no pregnant flyladies on ladders please delegate the job instead)
- Check through undies drawers, anything more holy than the church which needs to go/be repaired? Anyone need anything replacing?
- Give everyone at home a bag to collect the things which belong to them that are not where they should be, give them 15 minutes to find them all and put them away You could threaten to bin whatever is left if they don't seeing as everyones being quite ruthless this week

Windy weather here too! Storm Eleanor I believe? At least (so far) it's not raining...
Big hugs for FFP - stay strong. Pigpen's advice is spot on x
Yesterday was a total loss for me. DH came home from work feeling ill and proceeded to drape himself over the sofa with a face that makes me want to punch him. It's OK for him to be able to have a day off, but I still have to carry on despite coughing up my left lung every five minutes.
Both boys are banned from their tablets today following appalling behaviour yesterday, so, as DH is home again today, he can supervise while I fly.
Washing mountain is out of control, ironing basket is breeding and there is dust literally everywhere.
Later peeps x0
