Well, another STS - these last few pounds are proving to be stubborn lol.

I was pleased to see this when I checked bmi this morning though :)

    Well done !
I'm ashamed to say that my BMI is so far off the right of the scale that I'm going to need to lose a LOT more weight before I notice a difference there - so I've decided not to look at it for the moment and just focus on the weight loss, and set myself some targets relating to BMI a bit later on in the jouney ....

I'm 100% with you on that. We'll all make different choices but we all need to prioritise syns. I choose to eat the big portion of porage that DH makes me once or twice a week because I don't want to stop him cooking my breakfast every day!!:D

Don't be disheartened esmy. It took me weeks and weeks to lose the last few pounds to target. It'll happen.:)

I've done my meal plan and will set off for Aldi soon.:)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage, HEA milk
    L: veggie omelette and pickles
D: chicken stir fry with oyster sauce, noodles and SW chips
Syns: 6 xtra porage, 2 syrup and any wine syns tbc.:D

Now that is a good reason to have syns.

I think we have to remember that the last few pounds are a psychological battle but physical battle.

Chris well done, that is fabulous achievement.

I was last under 25 BMI 8 years ago!

Well done on your loss candy:T. Good to make a start. Your menu looks good today. Did you stick to plan all week?

Unfortunately not. I had a few slips so I was amazed I'd had a loss at all! Hoping for a better day today.

Last night's tea wasn't so nice, I usually make the casserole in the slow cooker as low fat sausages tend to be a bit tough. But after nearly 10 years my SC decided it'd had enough and is no longer working. So I cooked the meal on the hob hoping that a higher heat & less time would tenderise the sausages bit but nope :( Still we ate it we were famished :D Replacing it later today though, I miss my kitchen buddy already!

    Today's food:

B - crunchy bran HEB with orange ML yoghurt and the last of the strawbs, HEA milk in teas
    L - potato & leek soup
T - gammon grill with SW roasties, sprouts & cabbage

Syns: sweet popcorn (6), tassimo latte (4.5)

Thank you whiplashy and Ssm. I'm liking them with mint sauce (think this is minimal syns), even at work but I think su gets fed up of me eating them lol
