I have realised I am far to old.... all this computer stuff is above my head!
I have managed to get books from Amazon onto kindle cloud - but need to get the books onto my nook via calibre (I think that is the right way).
Can someone shout at me in idiot format if they know how to do this!
Thanks100 -
greentiger~~Hope all goes well.

Morning all.
1/2 off for me this week so yet again haven't hit my challenge target or my SW target. So for the next challenge please can I have 2lb as my target which will get me to where I want to be (with 1/2lb to spare). I'm just outside the 'healthy' range for BMI for my height and my aim was always to get into the 'healthy' range so I'm not being unrealistic - then I have to stay there!
Todays menu
B Bran flakes berries yoghurt and honey
L JP cottage cheese and salad
D Veg curry that I abandoned earlier in the week
Take care everyone.
Great loss & you will get to your target really soonI am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. bitterly cold here, no more snow but lots of ice...everywhere!
today food wise:
breakfast: heb honey monster puffs (no longer called sugar puffs?!) you get masses for your 40g and they just hit the spot nicely. milk from hea
mid morning: realised I haven't had anything to drink yet so will correct that. nougat bar thing I was given. (by slimfast but I wont tell sw if you don't; it was bloody delish) 95cals so I'm calling it at 5syn
lunch: will go and get a jacket with beans (and a side salad as I'm light on the speed so far...oops)
tea: either chicken topped with bacon OR steak. with actifry chips and salad. followed by pear, strawberries and Satsuma************************************

Managed to get to the hospital this morning. Once I got off the estate the main road were all fine. Got a little too excited when the temperature display in the car got up to zero as I got further in to town.
Also managed to get to the supermarket, and stock up on fresh fruit and veg.
Today's plan:
Breakfast - porridge and fruit
Lunch - steak salad (star week, so iron low)
Dinner - fish cakes
HA - milk
HB - oats
syns - cranberry juice (2.5), haribo (6)
I'm also a fan of hot squash. Not allowed coffee, and limited on milk so it is a hot drink I can freely drink. I particularly like blackcurrant or the Ribena winter spiceZebras rock0 -

Hot orange or blackcurrant were given to us as children when we were poorly, I have done the same with our children....when someone makes themselves this drink it is the first sign that someone is not feeling very well.:D:D:D
