Evening all.
Didn't have pancakes yesterday as I had a couple of tiny dumplings with the casserole for tea and was stuffed.
Today has been another story - unexpectedly looking after DGD for the day and we went out to a local museum, aimed specifically at children. Of course, queues a mile long everywhere including the cafe which did have some healthy offerings but we ended up having a kind of packed lunch thing each. Lovely flapjack, 10,000 syns no doubt. They do welcome people bringing their own food and provide seating and tables so planning is all! Other meals were on plan so hope I haven't done too much damage.
So,menu for tomorrow
B Bacon with tomatoes and mushrooms, slice of toast (1/2 HEB)
L egg salad with cottage cheese dressing
D Speedy Chilli over JP with broccoli0 -

GTST, I know the feeling....I went swimming a couple of weeks ago... the bum of my costume was inches below my bottom....I was flapping as I was swimming!
I assumed that a costume is supposed to be used for lounging and swimming - I think I may have been out of the fashion stakes for too long.
I am going to purchase:-

I've just discovered that my favourite sausages have been re-synned (?) and are now 3 each as opposed to 1.5.:( Sorry to anyone I've recommended them to (Aldi reduced fat). On a more positive note DD has had the Slimwell chicken saag from Aldi tonight and said it was very good.0 -
