Lucia you definitely need to use some syns as they are part of the plan. SW are now saying to aim for 10 syns a day but you can have up to 15 if you need them.
I tend to need to use the full 15 a day otherwise I don't lose at all! Even with using them all I still only lose 1/2lb at a time usually. Have been at target for nearly 7 years now, although currently 1lb over top end following gains over Christmas, New Year and a half board holiday! Really want to lose it in the next couple of weeks as I'm off on an all inclusive holiday to Tenerife then! Looks like I'm destined to continue paying for a while!

New SW week for me, and I need to plan. Expecting not to stick to it, as lots of people want to celebrate with me and stuff, but if I have a plan at least I should be in control for most meals.
Today's plan:
Breakfast - fruit and yogurt
Lunch - beef salad
Dinner - pasta bake
HA - milk and cheese
HB - none planned
Syns - salad dressing (1), cranberry juice (2.5)
I know the cranberry juice might seem like a waste of syns, but it's medicinal as cranberries are good for the kidneys.Zebras rock0 -

Cranberries are good to keep you urinary tract clean! Drink up girl x
My dad had kidney problems, which he did not manage with his diet ending up on him being on dialysis and forced diet changes. All I remember was that he could not have tomato or citric acid.100 -
