I had salad yesterday, bad move! Way too cold.
I can quite happily eat salad all year round as long as I'm not outside in the coldI could not have a pie maker.Fact.
Part of me is tempted to get one as I like pie but I would have to show a lot of will power not to just eat the same pies as I would do for hubby.Zebras rock0 -

I've started doing Zumba - had one class last week and just had my second.
I discovered a new syn - Fibre One chocolate brownie bars (for four syns each) which satisfy my chocolate cravings without going to town. I ate really lightly today so I was little bit hungry. I'll probably eat some fruit before I go to bed and maybe have another Fibre One bar to take me up to about 8 syns for the day.
Quick question about syns. Do you tend to lose more using the syns or not? The first week I used none of my syns and only lost half a pound and last week I was liberal about it and lost more weight.
I'm anxious to see what's on the scales on Thursday. My mum is half a pound away from her half stone award - very exciting! No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2019 Total UU since 2016 - 396 | Total February UU - 10 -

Well are all different. Some people need to use all their syns to lose where as others lose best at nearer to 5 syns a day. It's finding what works for you.Zebras rock0 -
You do need to have at least 5 syns a day.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters.
