  • Is it this week you are off work, Kantankrus? I read one of your earlier posts when you mentioned it but I've forgotten. Mind like a sieve these days I'm sorry to say:o

No wonder you are feeling the effects of the yoga. Two and a half hours of it?:eek::eek:

I'm looking forward to the outdoor car boot season too. Starts around Easter time.:j Sadly, I didn't take as many opportunities as I could have last summer, must do better this year to clear every last bit of clutter. I'm a fair weather booter:o. The slightest mention on the weather forecast of overnight rain and I decide not to go. Then when I wake up on the day it's bone dry and looks set to stay that way. It's too late by then to get the car all packed up and drive quite a way to the site. You have to be at my favourite one by 5.30 in the morning:eek:. The field tends to get waterlogged though so a dry night before it is essential. Indoor tabletop sales are OK at a push but it's harder work having to keep carrying stuff from car to hall, plus there isn't anything like the space and the amount of buyers can be dire.

Yeah you're right...well remembered :T Got today and tomorrow at work then five whole days off. :D

Got another short yoga class tonight, one Weds morning and another Fri morning before it calms down again.

Also set myself a challenge of 90,000 steps (Mon - Fri) so not sure when I am going to make any money. :rotfl:

  • Sorry for the lack of updates, always forget to come at post!!

    Total so far: £382

This is made up from £202 overtime and £150 from selling my car, not much for the car but it was 14 years old so I suppose I can't complain lol!!! I could have done much more overtime but just couldn't get myself motivated to do it so need to work on that and need to make a start decluttering and selling stuff too so hopefully over the next couple of weeks I'll have a bit more to add.

Have had an compensation offer over a PPI claim, I think it's a bit low so FO is looking into it for me so probably be next month before that's in but something to look forward to.

Hope you're all doing well and keeping warm, very cold and snowy here at the minute xx

My car is 16 years old this summer:o. Judging by your experience of selling yours I'll probably have to pay someone to take mine off my hands:eek:. It's far from being a scrapper yet though so fingers crossed I can keep it on the road until I'm debt free.

Good luck with your PPI claim:beer:. A couple of upheld claims for me this past year have been a massive help in paying off some of my debt:j:j:j
