Mazda MX5. Ticks all the boxed apart from 4WD but that's overrated anyway unless you spend a lot of time off road.

OP seems to be describing a convertible TT (quattro) with a small engine. Or an A5 convertible quattro, 4 series X-Drive convertible as above.
