In answer to this :-

Filters are not needed on every phone socket (only used sockets) and the OP has said that the test socket on the master has been used.



Which is a complete contradiction to what you are now trying to make out you meant, you should read your own posts before accusing others of being incorrect.

I would also be a good idea if you stop trying to make out you know more than anyone else, you do not know what my technical knowledge is, but I can assure you it is far higher than your BT friends.

If however all you can do instead of having a reasoned debate and listening to others opinions is childishly insult them, then carry on living in your own little world of ignorance, fortunately most on here will be able to form their own opinions about you from the manner and attitude that comes across in your posts, I would suggest you grow up a little.

I`m sorry this has turned into a slanging match,but thanks anyway to all of you...i`ve e mailed the guy at BT and he`s going to get the high level complaints team to look into it.
