So yesterday was court day - you won't believe this one ....

So the ex took the Child Maintenance Service to tribunal as he doesn't agree with their calculations - they didn't even bother to turn up   So having travelled 3.5 hours to get there the judge said we could adjourn it and come back in 6 weeks and do it again?! I said no, so we ended up discussing (disagreeing a lot ;)), and eventually we settled on a figure that they can use to work out the money that was due over the last year. I have done some rough calculations and I think that originally he owed £2600ish, now he will owe roughly £2000. It was very strange seeing him, he looked rough, the years aren't being kind to him :rotfl::rotfl:

In other news the footie season finally starts again today :j :j I need to spend some time sorting out my accounts and finding some bets. Other than that it will be a pottering kinda day as the weather looks like being rubbish today. I might make a cake later too.

Who knows Beanie ... the court now have to tell the CSA what happened and give them the figures and they will have to recalculate ... he said he doesn't want to go to collect and pay (CSA have told me they can enforce it without his permission due to the missed payments), judge told him he can appeal and take it to magistrates court so no doubt we'll go around this farcical roundabout all over again :eek: He did finally have to admit to the judge that he only has ds one night a fortnight, not the two nights that he has been lying about for the last year :T :T
