Distracted Earthgirl - the phone rang, ds wanted help with something, the dog wanted to go in / out the garden, so I eventually gave up for today.

I have done the ironing and have an empty washing basket. I've had my bath and even cleaned the conservatory windows inside, still need to do the outsides but they do look heaps better already :)

Day one of the working week done, got home and put a Moroccan Lamb Tagine in the oven (changed my mind last minute last night), then went for my run.

Home again, waiting for the hot water to be ready for a shower, just made £6 from a matched bet. I will be disappointed when the season finishes next week :(

How is your hoover now? I clean for a living and have heard nothing but praise for the sharks. However I hate upright hoovers, I find there is just too many fiddly bits that block on them.

I use my trusty Henry. He is 10yrs old, parts are easy to get, and he is one long nozzle into a bag, if he blocks it is easy to rectify, and tbh he rarely does. I am in the process of retiring him to just use at home and will get a shiny new one for work, but am still going with the numatic brand, I really cannot fault them at all. He does fall over sometimes and get stuck in doorways, but because he has a face I have gifted him a personality so I can swear at him :rotfl: he has spent the past three years rolling around the boot of my car, I need some sort of box for the new one, so I look at him as a bit unsteady on his feet, like he is elderly. Maybe that makes me sound mad :rotfl:

Shark have replied and said I need to call them so they can troubleshoot over the phone ... I haven't called yet (they close at 6) as I need to call the csa first to chase this months non-payment   I much prefer dealing with online live chat stuff rather than hanging on hold for ages, but looks like I need to make the calls ...

Spoke to the csa ... as helpful as ever  The lady couldn't understand why they aren't collecting the money at source as he hasn't made a correct payment since December. I said I couldn't understand this either as i have been asking for it for months ... anyway, then her computer froze and she couldn't access my account, so someone will ring me back tomorrow at work
