Bump again - for more newbies to pour their hearts about to Which? and ask for investigation and pushing for stronger action, e.g. how about a Super Complaint about the worst issues, such as the IPC/IAS kangaroo court being allowed to be connected to a £15 version that (astonishingly) was nodded through as an official ADR.

The IAS website trumpets:

The IAS has been assessed as being competent to deal with domestic and cross-border disputes relating to unpaid parking charges issued by private parking companies.''
