I’m tempted to suggest we ask any newbie to post up their case/observations about their recent PCN on the Which site before offering any assistance, particularly those who have avoided reading the NEWBIES sticky.
Let us see what they’ve posted, then we’ll help. Surely it’s not too big an ask for significant forum help in getting them off their ticket? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I've already started doing this on some threads, but I think you are right and we need to do it with every poster. Filling in the info for WHICH may appear less bother for some people than trying to contact their MP, although I think both should be done.I married my cousin.
