Nothing complex, a simple junction, but you have not got the point yet.

My bad for poor description, the traffic I am talking about is the traffic after the lights have changed from the right-angled stream. The point is that you have to plan for the possibility that the lights might change and you would still be unable to clear the junction (which would be a driving test fail as my daughter discovered even though there was no yellow box). It is not acceptable to camp in the middle of a junction to wait your turn to exit when the exit is blocked by traffic, and in such a case you should not have advanced into the junction.

Please could anyone help me....

I just received a penalty notice for stopping in a box junction ( but I did not stop because I was moving ) - I would like to appeal the penalty but I need a bit more info/help how and what I should to write down ?
I was waiting for few second in the car between a yellow box and
zebra and I remember that the queue of car was still moving
so even I was not 3 seconds on the crossroads
How can I prove it them? can I ask them for evidence from video?
I do not know how to write such a letter with good English

do I have grounds to appeal?

I cant actually afford to pay the fine either as I am currently unemployed, feeling really frustrated about this

If you kept moving then appeal, if you stopped, even if only for 3 seconds, then pay.

Was your exit from the yellow box clear when you entered the yellow box? That’s all that matters. You cannot anticipate the entry will be free when you get there.
