Hi,
I know some of you dont have an idea of what target you want to work towards but if you could give it some thought and let me know.
Why do I ask?
Each month I find the motivation of saving and seeing not only your total increasing but others too, and the collated total increasing, and I do tend to set mini challenges over the year.
To see if we can save X this month, we have X to go, who will be the one to push us over the X total.
Your total can be conservative, if you wish and of course you can change it as the year goes on its not set in stone.
**Thats why I have added a change of target option on the declaration form.
Not long to go,

Working in a bank, its not a problem, they just want debt paid off however that happens.
Opening a new account is a good idea, and you can see the balance increasing and can check it against the spreadsheet as sometimes I make a mistake. (only human after all)
Thanks for sending your total to me, I have updated it in the spreadsheet.
Good Luck, Welcome to the challenge.

Ha! the irony is that i work in a bank also won't say which one , but i want a savings account with a bank i don't hold any accounts with as there is always the temptation to spend the money, however i have just opened the account now with lloyds

Hi all,
Just a quick post to check that you can
1. See the update form when you click the link, and you are able to submit your totals
2. See the spreadsheet in read only mode.
I have had to play around with the settings, as google already knew I had a form set up from this years challenge along with it wanting me to update to the newer version of google sheets..
Please let me know you can view, probably someone like Kim_13 or Seaotter who has been on this challenge for a while.
Thanks
Westie983
Hi Westie983
Just seen this post. I can view the new spreadsheet correctly. The update form itself is still showing 2017, but looks as though it will submit correctly.
If there's not an easy fix, maybe just pop a note in the first post so that members are aware of it.0
