Hi Westie, sorry I haven't kept updated & that you've been in hospital again. My total for the year is £946.59
I did set an overly-ambitious target as I usually seem to do but I'm really pleased with my total. I haven't spent any of if and it will stay there to be added yo in 2019

Well done, don't forget you can change your target up and down as the year goes on, if you want to start with a lower one so when you smash it you can feel AMAZING and then increase it and feel SUPER AMAZING and then finally increase it right at the end of 2019 to feel SUPER DUPER AMAZING...

You are lucky as I had already deleted all of the information on 2018 spreadsheets my end to set up 2019, but as it is you I went back and updated your total :-)

Hi VSP'ers so I'm feeling much better after a busy few weeks with Christmas, Birthday and New Year, after my hospital stay and increased medication, I find it even harder to sleep then before. I'm hoping it will settle down as I get used to the new medication, the bonus of this is I have managed to set up 2019 challenge. YAY :T

Can someone who has been with me for a few years check that they can view all the update links and they are working, as you know changing over at the beginning of the new year they never play ball, but maybe this year will be different.

Thanks for you good wishes, sadly my legs don't work too well in the cold and i'm currently under a new team at the hospital to try a new way to control my nerve pain so its going to be a painful start to 2019 but im optimistic they can find a way to help without having to take a 28 tablets a day to try and in mask my pain to a manageable level to function for the day.

I hope this rehabilitation team help as its last option after trying pain clinic services.

Onwards and upwards can't change the past only the future it will be whatever I want it to be, with the decisions I make.

So sorry, I am late to the final day of 2018, oops, will head over to 2019 as I have loved this challenge and I have a new dishwasher arriving tomorrow courtesy of this challenge I had no idea what could be possible but this really appealed to me. Thanks for everything you do westie .
