A new recipe for me today too - 'shepherdess pie' from Aine Carlin's Keep it Vegan :D delicious, it takes a while to prepare but does four portions. This will definitely become a staple in my house!

These both sounds really tasty, I make a Shepherdess pie using brown or green lentils (though not vegan as I use dairy in the mash) does this use these or something else?
