What I may do, is wait till my contract is up an then politely moan.
When I was about to quit a few months ago , I must say I was impresssed with their offer and I stayed . Btw that was to do with the phone . I’ve been with Vodafone since 1999..broadband since last December .0 -

Wifi isn't VM infrastructure though.0 -
I suspect the OP 'intermittent WiFi problems' were probably 'broadband' problems and not necessarily just issues connecting wirelessly to a working router...if the OP had problems not of their own making, then the minimum should expect is at least a refund or credit for the days without service, but, it may not be automatic as with some providers , they may have to contact Vodafone and request it0

Thought I’d give an update :
Spoke to two Vodafone advisers via live chat.( first accts, then transferred to tech team).
Very nice talking to both . Outcome ..£20 Off next bill. I’m very pleased. Baring in mind ,that broadband is £26 a month .
Thanks for help and advice .
Merry Christmas0 -
You are entitled to a pro-rata credit for the line downtime, if you ask for it. The w-fi is your own responsibility. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

As was already suggested I'm pretty sure the OP probably only uses WiFi so actually meant the broadband wasn't working. Openreach don't fix WiFi issues and apparently it was them who got it working.0

Their complaint is unlikely to go anywhere if they get their terminology wrong.0
