PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. Sounds like they are super keen to move in to your property. Rather than risk losing a buyer, get the EA and /or the solicitors to have a word with the buyers, so that they fully understand the situation.
You don't want what could be a simple misunderstanding resulting in your sale falling through.0 -

There are dummies the world over. Some FTBs can be completely clued up; some non-FTBs may not have any idea what they're doing - in fact, following the SDLT changes, a bunch of them seem not even to know if they are FTBs!0 -
