Not exchanged and potential buyer getting post & Sky sent/Booked in...

To me, I think they shouldn’t be doing this yet, especially because nothing has been agreed. We had to make a 45 min call to Sky to stop them pulling all our services over Christmas. Today we received post that she has had redirected.
Is this what you guys done, and should we be changing our address with banks or did you wait for exchange like we intend to?
Thanks
Not a major thing, just a little unexpected!

You don't change anything until exchange at the earliest.
But it's nice of them to give you new Sky boxes and other leaving gifts.0 -

If it was me I contact them and bill them £50 for the time I spent on the phone to Sky!

That would annoy me big time
I might even write 'Return to sender - not known at this address' on the mail and put it back in the post box :rotfl:0 -
Are you selling to a FTB? If so they've probably just got overexcited and shot their load too soon rather than waiting until exchange like a sensible person.0
