  • Hi, I've not had any surveys from Ipsos for months and nothing seems to be happening with my voucher requests, does anybody know if they are still in business?

Hi, has anybody has any experience of OpinionWorld. I recieved an email inviting me to take part in their surveys. Thank you.

I have a feeling that OpinionWorld are one of the companies I ditched after a few months as requiring too much effort for no reward. Aren't they the ones with only prize draw entries as prizes? I don't mind that with a company like GFK where there is a 1 in 7 chance of winning a prize each month. But those surveys take 5 minutes whilst I found these surveys took ages.
Yeah, whatever. I'm a grown up, I can take it...

You're right that they don't pay you for each survey, but they do make a charitable donation for each survey you complete - you get to choose from 3 charities - so it's one way to feel good about yourself. I tend to complete these ones only when I'm interested in the topics being surveyed.

Yes, that's true, and that's why I did them for a few months. Although do they actually say how much actual money they give to charity per survey? I could be mistaken but seem to recall it being a bit mysterious....

    Here is another regular opportunity:-

An independant company, Research International, monitors the Royal Mail service by having a large panel of volunteers all over the country sending test letters to each other and recording the dates they post and receive test letters. You get a free book of stamps every month and there are daily gift voucher prize draws and regular cash prize draws up to £5000.

    https://rmpi.research-int.com

Use reference code KANTOP01 when completing short eligibility questionnaire.

I'm a freelance market & social researcher, but have no affiliation with this company. Just thought I'd share this nationwide no hassle opportunity!

    Link didn't work for me.

Thanks for all the info in this thread - signed up for Lightspeed. Also going to try ACOP and Panelbase.

I'm with Ciao, Valued Opinions, BrainJuicer, PureProfile, YouGov, Toluna, GFK What I Buy, GFK TV & Radio...

I recommend GFK TV & Radio - every so often (had two now), you get asked to monitor all your TV, Radio and Internet usage over seven days and get an £5 Amazon voucher.

Yes, I started this one just over a month ago and got one of those 7 day ones with the Amazon Voucher almost straight away. :T

  • Hi. Been doing surveys for a while now but recently completed a test for SKYs website (with Toluna I believe) I discovered SKY had taken £30 from my account after stating this wouldn't happen as it was a test. Did anyone else complete this as SKY are being very unhelpful and I deleted the original e-mail. Please help if you can.

I couldn't get that link to work but found the same details through http://www.whichsurveys.com at https://rmselfrecruit.research-int.com/Questionnaire/qstIntroductionPrivate.aspx
  • The recurring theme on this thread seems to be about how much you can expect to earn by completing surveys. For a while I've been toying with the idea of setting up a blog with weekly updates of my survey experiences during the week, and ideally regular updates from other active survey takers.

What I'd like to know is
1.Would there be a demand for this sort of site?
    2. Would anyone be interested in providing regular reports on their own experiences for a small monthly fee, or a share of referrals?
  • there are a few really good sites for boosting your income...

http://www.jointheq.com is excellent as you can answer questions via the internet on your phone and http://www.dubitinformer.com is good for those under the age of 25! i've earned lots of money from both!! =]
