I am getting questionaires from someone called Richard Noon at zussi research. I don't remember registering for it.

I was not feeling very well so I was not up to the best of my level. Anyway I made a mistake on the logic test at itsyourview. I am not going to be paid for that survey. That is only fair. Am I banned from doing any future surveys or anything like that?

I made one of those mistakes as well. What was really annoying was that it was a £4 one and one misread question cost me my payment. It hasn't made any difference to my invitation levels though and I still get surveys to complete every week, although I suspect it would be a different story if you make another mistake.

Thanks. The thing is with a lot of those companies it takes ages to make any money.
  • I spend a few hours every day and make a good few quid on these survey sites, it does take a while to earn your money but the process can be speeded up by filling in your profile and referring your mates. I use the following site to find out which sites by by cash / vouchers etc...

Most people I know are either members or don't want to join. 3 hours is a very long time.

Whilst it can take quite a while to each the minimum payout levels, this is very much a numbers game. If you join enough panels you'll find that after a year or so you'll be reaching the payout level of one or more every month, producing a steady income stream.
  • Did anyone else receive the following email from Opinium today telling them their balance was wrong due to an admin error?? They've only gone and deducted £1.50 from me...I could of cried when I read it:mad: ...but i didn't!

So frustrating though...it's taken months to build up this much and I'm still nowhere near payout, one step forward...:rotfl:

I am the Director of Support Services for Vision Critical, the technology company that provides the software for the Opinium Research panel https://www.opiniumresearch.com/. I am writing to let you know that a bug was discovered on the panel member Web site. This bug resulted in your earnings balance being overstated. It has since been corrected and your balance is now accurate.

Your Survey Credit Balance as of December 22nd, 2008 is £14.50.

I would like to personally apologise for any confusion this may caused. This error was entirely Vision Critical's and was not, in any part, caused by Opinium Research LLP. We are very appreciative of those panellists who let us know about the error. Your honesty is clearly what helps make this panel a success.

    Details:
The Opinium Research Panel platform was upgraded on September 23rd, 2008. A rounding error bug was discovered in the newly upgraded system that resulted in artificially inflated reporting of survey credit balances. Panel members were erroneously awarded £1 when only a portion was actually earned. For instance, a panellist who participated in a study worth 50p or 75p saw their balance erroneously rounded up to £1. If £1.50, it was rounded up to £2, and so on. The correct value for a particular study was clearly indicated in both the initial email invite and at the end of the study. You can be 100% assured that you are receiving the proper credit for any studies you have taken. The error only applied to the aggregate earnings balance displayed on the panel member Web site. We deeply regret the error and wholeheartedly apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yep I received an email from Opinium today, they've taken about £2.00 off my balance. Down to £3.75 now, not many surveys come in from them unfortunately.

I keep a spreadsheet of surveys I complete and had thought my balance was too high but hadn't got around to checking it out properly so wasn't too surprised to find there had been an error but I understand your annoyance with it andie
