Hope everyone has noticed they seem to have dropped the payment from £4 to £3 in this latest round of recruiting, apparently this also happened in US and shortly afterwards all members were receiving the lower amount.
Have to say though for the survey requirements it is still a reasonable payment and better than any of the other survey websites currently on offer in UK.

Just a word of caution....I have been with Pinecone for at least two years and in the beginning they were great. My last survey I did on 18th Aug and they are refusing payment (by Paypal). They are adamant they have sent it but it never got to my account. I did re-check several times and asked if they would re-send it but they refused. I wrote again asking, reluctantly, to be removed from the panel if they would not pay me...................
Not saying don't do it.....................just check your first payment arrives before you do your second survey lol

has anyone had problem with their payment off pincone recently

i did a survey over a week ago and normally receive the voucher within 3 working days

howevere on this occasion i have not received it nad i have emailed them twice and not received a response.

i dont know if they have changed the cost of doing the surevy bu i have been signed up to them for just over a month and had 2 surveys getting £4 each

ill have to wait and see what they do about this voucher although some people said that they sent alot of vouchers out in error some weeks ago. are they not sending out vouchers becaase of this - hope not because that it theft then

I did a survey last thursday and received vouchers for it yesterday, this is longer than it normally takes as usually would have got them by the mon/tues so may just be a little busy at present, if concerned drop them a quick email.:)

No it was not, will not put what it is as pinecone very strict about discussing products you do surveys for and want to keep getting the odd survey. Had another thought about why no payment for you yet, it maybe you have been selected to actually test the product and that payment may arrive with product. As this has never happened to me not sure if that is how it works, sure other pinecone members could let us know if this is the case. Good luck with chasing the vouchers.

okay have emailed them anyway and see what they say - they state that they reply within 48 hours - lets see if they do.

actually the survey that i am refering to has just appeared on my payment history today which is quite weird considering that they normally get sent out the next business day - anyhows i have done another 2 surveys today which is a further £8 and also i see i have another one pending

this is good becuase the surveys are pretty easy to follow and sometimes maybe able to test products fingers crossed

Just wanted to say thanks for whoever posted a notice about the Pinecone banner a couple of weeks ago. I have been accepted as a panelist woo hoo!!!! looking forward to doing my first survery.
