Leave it for a while, delete your cookies and history then try again in about 10 mins - dont know if that will help or not but maybe worth a try?

I have just seen the banner. Just keep refreshing it should come up. It only took me 2 refreshers to see it come up bold as brass.

I am not intending to advertise at all!!

The page you are taken to has nothing to do with my site, I simply stuck it there because it is the only place I have online! It is a modified version of a page that hosted the PineCone banners, so that if it is visited the banners will always be there. I thought this would help people out, does it not?

Tell me somewhere else I can upload the files and I will do, I only want to help.

Can you not see how I was trying to help? I went out of my way to make sure that a page would always display the PineCone banners, so that busy people can see it instantly, click it, and then sign up without extra hassle!

Please explain the problem. Like I said, if there is somewhere else I can upload the page to or whatever, then I will.

I'm sure if Pinecone wish to have a banner on MSE they will, out of courtesy, go through the official channels to MSE, meantime please read this rule regarding Pinecone.
