Vicky - your lightspeed points can be converted into cash paid out through paypal. Globaltestmarket - you gain points but once you reach 1000 they will pay out a cheque for roughly £25 quid (as they are in the USA and its converted to £s).

Onepoll, pure profile and panelbase all pay out in cash - and the illusive ponecine (if you can eventually sign up to them) pay out in cash for every survey you do. I like valued opinions as they are vouchers but their surveys are prolific and you can get vouchers for mrT - so may as well be cash for me!

But, surveys can be very time consuming for very little reward and you will not be making enough to pay your mortgage - but if you have a bit of free time then it can help with some pocket money.
