So what you are saying Foxholes is that I shouldn't do any sewing today because I was sewing yesterday!

Woah! pace yourself, it is a fact that sewing is the gateway skill leading into other less socially acceptable crafts, then you end up with macrame plant hangers and dodgy vests. :rotfl:

Haha and how do you know that I haven't already got plants in macrame holders already round my house! :rotfl::rotfl:

Anyway, today I did do some more sewing. I made a paid of cycling shorts for DD2 from an old t-shirt as she likes to wear shorts under skirts and dresses. I also hand finished a top for DD4 and sewed a couple of buttons onto some shorts for DD2.

I also cashed out on PA for £7.32. It's not much but it all helps. Tomorrow I get my extra tax credit payment so I will probably pay half off the debt and then save the rest to make sure I have enough at the end of the month to pay nursery fees and rent before paying any more off the debt.

Thanks Beanie, I'd love to mend other bits. I did mend my friend's top for her which she was impressed about.

No sewing tonight for me as I was sewing last night.

Today though I have just paid another £250 off my debt and have updated my signature. I am now down to £3691.78 so not long to go now. I am hoping to try and get down to below £3k by the end of the month.

Next month I won't be able to pay any extra off as I have a full month of nursery fees to pay for August without any funding. This is unless I make a load of extra money somehow.

Right I need to go and do some washing up and water the plants.

    Thanks Beanie.

So today I have paid another £50 off my debts. This is because I sold an old phone for £50 so paid straight off the debt.

Today I feel like I have been very productive in the house. I have tidied and cleaned most of the middle floor of the house apart from the smallest bedroom. That is next on my list of things to do tomorrow. I have also done some sewing so I feel very relaxed right now and happy. I am hoping that tomorrow goes just as well as today!

So not been on much as have been busy in real life. My eldest has had her prom which went really well and she looked stunning. The day of the prom both my daughter and her friend had an after party outfit crisis. Luckily I was off work and managed to help them to sort their outfits.

I've also been to A & E with my eldest and she has been diagnosed with anaemia. Its a long story as how we ended up at a and e but ended up just seeing an out of hours GP.

This weekend and the next few weeks are going to be just as busy as well. All the kids seem to have things happening at school or outside of school!

In money saving news, I have paid a total of £1580 off my debts which is amazing, they are now down to £3041.78. :j:j

I've also booked the NYE party tickets for Disneyland Paris.

My savings have taken a hit due to booking these but they are still at £1482.60. Having the savings on an automatic standing order each week helps loads as I don't have to worry about transferring the savings.

I have had an extra tax credits payment and then my weekly payments have reduced slightly but that means my housing benefit goes up slightly.

Right I need to get some housework done before taking DD2 to the doctor as she has hurt her leg.
