This afternoon I had a very happy 10 year old coming out from school. She almost hugged me! And then when she got home, I had ordered her a custom size mattress for her bed which arrived today. So she unpacked that and then I made her a custom fitted sheet for it this afternoon. So she is happy in her bed tonight.4

Although I didn’t get loads done today that I wanted to get done which is a shame. But I think I need to concentrate on making a list of just three items per day. Then if I have time and I get other things done it’s a bonus. I think I am trying to do too much each day and then I feel bad when I don’t accomplish everything. So from tomorrow I am only putting three things on my list. Not sure what they are yet though!5

Yes my daughter is a lot happier at the moment and it is lovely to see. She is coming with me tomorrow to pick up the caravan as I am hoping that it can be a project that we do together. She is very excited about getting the caravan. Almost as excited as I am.Yesterday I fixed the door handle with my new drill but then didn’t do much else. Today I have moved the stuff around in the garden ready for the caravan’s arrival tomorrow and done a bit of tidying downstairs. And then I had a nap because I was absolutely shattered for some reason. I’ve still got to finish tidying the living room and sort out the kids clothes for school tomorrow and then an early night for me tonight as I am going for a run tomorrow morning at 7am with my friend. It’s the only time we could fit it in and we don’t want to fail on the first week of c25k!2

So some good news that I have found out via my housing benefit online portal is that I have been awarded PIP at the standard rate for daily living. I got an email through about my council tax bill being adjusted so I logged on to have a look at my housing benefit account and they have adjusted my housing benefit due to being awarded pip. Just got to wait for the decision letter from dwp now!

Blimey that was an amazingly quick decesion on your PIP.
Was it the daily living component?
