You’ll have to view what you signed before you can formulate a complaint, if the contract says refurb, you’re stuck with a refurb as there is no cooling off period for contracts signed instore.
If the contract doesn’t say refurb you would have a case to argue.====0 -

Quick update, the guy apologised, couldn't understand why he ordered a refurb & offered a 6s for the same deal with £60 knocked off the upfront cost of £90. Also offered to cancel the contract if I wanted to shop elsewhere, I took the phone deal, thanks for the input peeps0

Good outcome, the 6s is a more future proof phone to be keeping for 24 months.====0
