Thank you, this has definitely given me the courage to fight it in court if necessary. Thank you for all the links and the helpful advice
And I will now ignore DRP. Although I do think UKPCM probably have said they will be taking me to court we'll see how it pans out.
Good .... no contact.
Regarding UKPCM, they will use the highly incompetent
Gladstones solicitors and that is fun all by itself

If you get a Letter Before Claim then post back on how to deal with it. Anything else is just threats.
I'm back!
I got the court letter through this weekend. It has been nearly a year so I will read the links for ideas on what to write for my defence but any advice would be greatly appreciated. It's all so incredibly daunting at the moment.
Another thing that has come up is that since my OP, I have found out my employer owns the land. I have an email where he states the contract ended with the parking company 3 months prior to the PCN when they went bankrupt. I don't know if to use that as my defence?0 -

I got the court letter through this weekend.
Is it a Claim Form from the County Court Business Centre in Northampton?
If so, what is the Issue Date on that Claim Form?
If not, tell us what it is.
Are you not going to get your other thread merged with this one?
Or at least post all pertinent information from it here.0 -

It is a foundation that owns the land. Not sure if it is classed as an individual or company. Basically I work in a school and the foundation that helps fund us bought the pub and its land but then the pub went into banruptcy and they turned it into a block of flats0 -

It was a random car park that I happened to have the accident near and was next to the garage that I had to remove my car from. It was a pub car park but I didn't know until about a few weeks ago when this came up with a colleague that it was owned by my employer basically.0 -
Tell us more.

The business centre one - is that not the same thing? I truly thought they expected me to go to court in Northhampton? Will this not be the case?
The issue date is the 8th of November
I did ask for a merge.0 -
