Anyone Ever Complain to Tesco?

My husband was on first name terms with the manger of our local store. Every week he complained about some pricing error.
The prices are sent by head office and th store just out the goods on th shelf and add the price ticket.
One day they had three flavours of their own cans of juice. All had the same price but each proce per item was different................but none of them were correct.
The duty manager said he was sick of this happening.
Last week he spoke to staff about bottles of milk that had obviously been drooped and were filthy. The member of staff was horrified that they had been put out for sale and immediately took steps to remove them.
Complain at the time to the duty manager.
What was the result of your husband's complains?0 -

My local TESCO was terrible for food out of date so I voted with my feet and went to ASDA!0

I contacted them regarding one of their 2 for £8.00 cat food offers,
basically it didnt process and overcharged me by £2.10p,
I expected them to refund me the £2.10p but they sent me an £8.00 moneycard to buy another cat food offer which was very decent of them.0 -

I once took several packs of chicken back to Tesco as, though they were in date by many days, they stank to high heaven when I opened them. A couple of packs had been put in the freezer but they went back too as they were from the same batch. Customer service refunded me with no problem, but the next day I saw the packs which had been returned, but were unopened (2 of which had also been frozen), in the yellow stickered section. So they sold food they knew was off, some of which had been frozen and defrosted! Any wonder I no longer shop at Tesco!
Slightly glad I don't eat meat anymore after reading this!0 -
