any freephone 0800 numbers to call Sky to try to change my bundle?

If you have a Sky telephone line then there's no charge for their 0345 number.
  • I got a deal last March, Sports, Movies & entertainment for £30 + £5 for HD, deal is for twelve months. Worth asking for if you say your leaving.

I wont be renewing it though whatever they offer me, £30 is better in my pocket.

I know but I don't have a Sky line, it is a Virgin Media line and they charge a fortune during the week.

I refuse to use it during the week I only make phone calls on Saturday and Sunday, wish I could make my wife stick to that.

I have Sky Original at £22.50 a month - I would assume thus I'll be seeing a bill reduction - but will be setting a reminder to call Sky

I remember they were offering 'Sky Original' through chat for £15 for 18 months about 8 weeks ago.
  • So the box sets bundle is currently £38 all in.

With this new bundle, you need to take Entertainment, plus Kids, plus boxsets, plus HD and it'll come to £35.

A whooping £3 per month saving
  • Also read the small print.

    It's £25 after 18months

You forgot that you would also have F1 with Boxsets.

You hardly need to read the small print, it's a new customer offer at £20. They're not hiding that anywhere.

And here's another complication to the already complicated "best deal" maths.

To be honest, that will only benefit Sky customers who want to view BT Sports as part of their Sky subscription. At least now it will be possible to view the channel on different TVs without taking out additional subscriptions to do so.

It also shows Sky and BT are now more wary of "digital disruptors" than they are of each other!;)

It also gives customers another platform to get Sky Atlantic on which has been jealously guarded by Sky so far.
