Currently having the same problem with Sky. £50 MasterCard offer on Moneysupermarket.com but Sky are denying that the offer exists and telling me that I need to contact Moneysupermarket because it's there fault. I signed up to Sky using the link on the Moneysupermarket.com website. II emails later from Customer services (all signed by different people) and still no joy. I've got the Moneysupermarket.com offer in a screen grab. I've written to the CEO with the details. Not holding my breath!
Update. Got a reply from Sky stating that they would discount my account by £50! Well worth complaining.0 -

I don't know when you took up that offer but Sky for quite a while have had a £50 Mastercard offer for new customers, in fact Moneysupermarket.com state on their website under the current Sky offer:Includes £50 prepaid MasterCard provided by Sky, not MoneySuperMarket. See Sky site for T&Cs.
The Sky T&C's currently are:£50 Prepaid MasterCard®: Offer available to new customers joining Sky Broadband Unlimited, Sky Fibre, Sky Fibre Unlimited or Sky Fibre Max without TV. Reward must be claimed at sky.com/claim within 90 days of service being activated. One reward per household. Availability subject to stock.0 -
I'm having the same problem, with plusnet, on chasing up where my email is they firstly said there was no cashback offer, then when i sent the mse email that mentioned it they then claimed i didn't sign up for that offer - like you suggesting somehow there was a cashback option and a non-cashback option which is nonsense. How did you get this resolved - did you call or open a ticket?0
