Plusnet denying £50 reward offer

I checked MSE for offers in my area and decided on plusnet - £18.99 / month for 18 month contract, no £10 activation fee and £50 reward - which ended on Tuesday 5th December. I applied and saw the £50 reward starred on the offer on the plusnet website. I got a confirmation email of my order on December 3th. There was no mention of the £50 reward but I remembered MSE saying i'd get an email saying how to claim this. Waited a week and heard nothing so I raised a question on this through their website. Plusnet replied there was no such £50 cashback/reward a spart of my deal! How can I prove there was?

Cheers Colin, i've emailed that to them. I can't believe they are so highly rated by consumers it's been a nightmare dealing with them before my broadband's even connected.

Thanks Lube. They've got back to me and said that' s not the deal I applied for, they say I applied for a deal that includes everything else mentioned but not the £50 cashback reward. I don't know how that can be as I just followed the link from MSE (the offer wasn't specific to MSE anyway) and I remember seeing the £50 starred just like their £75 amazon voucher is with their present offer. Told them there were no other deals to apply for as far as I could see, and why would they have 2 deals with the same charges but only 1 of which included the £50 reward! Make sno sense. Apparently I'll get a call tomorrow..........

Cancel the order if you're still in the 14 day cooling off period and then re-place it again with the offer

Sorted. Plusnet have acquiesced and will email me within 10 days of being up and running to explain how to claim the £50. Thanks for the moral and practical support.
