  • Ouch Karcher, take it easy today.
I cleaned a boat today boy was I cold by the time I got home.
I'm warm now but I ache all over especially my hands, it took me an hour to clean two Venetian blinds.
I'd not been home long and I got a phone call from my tenant, the bath isn't draining, probably full oh hair I expect. So I need to phone my friendly plumber and see if he can sort it out, deep joy, more expense just before Christmas.
    Chin up, Titus out.

Has the tenant tried pouring a bottle of drain unblocker down it?

You can get it in the pound/bargain shops for £1.

Otherwise how about buying some yourself and a plunger see if you can sort it rather than going to the expense of calling out a plumber.

  • The tenant poured a full bottle of caustic soda down it 2 weeks ago and it worked for a while, I'll speak to the plumber tomorrow and see what he suggests.
