Parking tickets and ccj

i have received the letter today from Gladtstone solicitors asking to pay £160 to DRP debt recovery plus, it says otherwise the ukcpm has the option to take this matter to court.
now i had 5 tickets and the are asking charges of 1 tickets. may be if i pay this they will ask more.
it says Total amount outstanding is £160 does it mean no more than £160?
plz advice me what to do, i mean i can pay 160 no problem , but if they ask me pay more that will be problem for me..
again i have no link with that address..would it effect my credit file if they get ccj on that address?
or if i get installment and start paying and if they ask more ill cut off the payment plan later when half of the money is paid, then they might not go to court for small amount like £300-400£
If you pay them ANYTHING they will have you on a mugs' list and they WILL demand more, for each of the other tickets. You do realise even if you lost in court you would pay no more then about £160?
And we win 99% of the time here, so there is no point giving up and paying now, which will damage your position because they will know if they bombard you with letters, you are likely to pay.
DON'T!
No payment plan, no phoning them. NO. Not a penny. DO NOT pick the phone up.again i have no link with that address..would it effect my credit file if they get ccj on that address?
What you need to do is reply in writing, giving your proper address for service now, and listing all the tickets and stating you are denying liability for all. As they turn on essentially the same facts, if UKCPM want to take the charges to court they must amalgamate them into one claim, and send you a complaint Letter before Claim for ALL of them in one. Failure to do so will be considered evidence of deliberate harassment and unfairness, giving rise to the potential for multiple court costs and hearings, to your detriment, causing a vexatious and unreasonable burden on yourself as a litigant-in-person, and on the courts.
Finish by saying you will respond when you get a compliant LBC listing all the alleged incidents, and not artificially adding £60 to each one, which has never been incurred and was not part of any alleged contract on any sign, or otherwise.
Even though the letter you have is just a debt letter, I would reply to steer this to the right address and to steer them to add the 'charges' to one case, to save you hassle later.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

ok great.... i got it now i will do exactly what you said,
i received five tickets which will total roughly 800£
all of the tickets were in my block of flats, i have resident permit for parking, here there are more car and less parking spaces, at night if you finish late as i do then no chance to get parking space u need to park on the curb where many ppl park at night,,,these agents exploit that and put ticket on the car at night sometimes at 3 am.
this is the case, so do you think i can win in court if taken to?
i will be out of country for 2 months so might miss the court papers if they send any,
plz tell some more line to ad in the letter
