i called the company as advisedi will post the picture but couldnt find the link , anyway will try again.debt recovery company " debt collectors plus"..now i am thinking debt recovery wont go to court..should i keep my silence or call them?
What you must not ignore is a LBC from the parking company (or their Solicitors - likely to be Gladstones) or real court papers. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

ok thank you,
is it possible that debt collector pass the debt back to the parking company and parking company then take it to the court? what are the chances of this to happen?

Possibly.
UKCPM are litigious, and with multiple tickets, they are more likely to sue.

Yet still more advice is being ignored.
You were advised earlier to remove your name from post #9 on your other thread.
For some strange reason you have totally ignored that advice too.
The way you're going, you'll need more than a little luck.0 -

@az12345 - we are answering all your questions, but you seem to be avoiding answering any of ours (which are important to your outcome).

i have received the letter today from Gladtstone solicitors asking to pay £160 to DRP debt recovery plus, it says otherwise the ukcpm has the option to take this matter to court.
now i had 5 tickets and the are asking charges of 1 tickets. may be if i pay this they will ask more.
it says Total amount outstanding is £160 does it mean no more than £160?
plz advice me what to do, i mean i can pay 160 no problem , but if they ask me pay more that will be problem for me..
again i have no link with that address..would it effect my credit file if they get ccj on that address?
or if i get installment and start paying and if they ask more ill cut off the payment plan later when half of the money is paid, then they might not go to court for small amount like £300-400£0 -
That £160 they ask for will be for one of the tickets0

Still no pics eh??0
