Well the Europarts price for the right side is £173.99. If that is what they are pricing on.0

For me it's coming up as £83.07 for the right side drive shaft for an 08 C-max0

Tried linking a screen shot but it didn't seem to work.0

What type engine and size?0

2 litre petrol. I did the EuroCarParts search on my registration so to get the exact right parts.0

https://www.eurocarparts.com/driveshaft
As a side note the prices quoted are for Q-drive parts their own brand, never used a driveshaft but had to get a wheel bearing from them, it was rubbish poor fit and finish, got me over the weekend then replaced it with an OEM part.0 -

So retail price is £123. You've used a discount code to get your price. It's very normal for garages to charge retail and pay trade prices. Especial since they have to stand by parts they supply.
So you need to find out what they've actually fitted. As it may be a case of the garage explaining it wrong if the warranty company was only willing to pay for a cheap brand. But even then I'd expect them to say the part is X and they will only y towards it.0 -
Also I'd expect an hour and an half labour to be reasonable bearing in mind they also have to handle the warranty claim for you. Sorting these things out can take time0
