When you get your confirmation email from Haven it’ll give you the option to add bedding and travel cot
They don’t usually fit in the bedroom and have to be in the lounge

Park Holidays and Park Resorts are two different companies, I'd only ever book Park Holidays as a last resort, Park Resorts however are now part of my favorite holiday company Parkdean Resorts.

You have increased your chances of getting a newer caravan, but it's still pot luck. There are older and newer Deluxe and Prestige caravan's at Haven Presthaven listed on their website, you could get a free upgrade to a larger but old model ! The good new is that the cot would probably then fit in the bedroom !
