  • Does anyone know what caravan ‘comfort plus’ is when looking at the accommodation on the haven site?
  • Usually book 2/3 holidays per year with the Sun, I had access yesterday and they didn't have the camps or the dates I wanted (we had 4 camps we was looking at) have been booking these for years and have always got the camp and date I wanted with ease.

But not this year, I feel for the people who are looking to book today or even tomorrow as the availability is poor now so tomorrow will only be worser unless they add more?

First year I haven't booked, I did find an alternative camp in Kent but it was coming up at £21 per person and not the normal £9.50/£15 ones but when looked direct on there website it was actually £30 cheaper to book direct than through the Sun.

    Haven Upgrades(not my favourite subject):rotfl:

I had this problem with Haven last time the upgrade terminology was changed.
I asked by phone and also Live Chat and neither was able to give me a straight answer.
    Here's what I was told

Ok we cannot compare the sun grades to ours, all we can say is that they will be the equivalent to ours by the description in the Newspapers description. As it extra width and heating upgrades.

I screwed up on the Sun-Savers (tried to share with a friend) so going to see what I can get using the codes tomorrow.
What time do you think the code will be posted on here? Am contemplating getting up at 5am to get in early so if anyone is going to post around 6am please let me know!
    Again many thanks :)

No, Theme Park passes come free
You just need to supply a couple of passport size photos
The Waterworld is Pay, but it’s discounted
You just have to pay €5 for 2 hours every time you use it
