    Right, spreadsheet updated :)

If you haven't already, can you pop your challenger number in your sig? That would help so much!

Also, the spreadsheet doesn't update automatically but if you post your update in here or on the form once its fixed, I will get round to it. Having a 7 week old baby is quite demanding on my time (currently feeding him whilst doing this one handed) but I do get round to things, honest!

  • Thanks for all this Slowly, we know you've got your babies to prioritise. Look after yourself and the family, don't worry about rushing to update here, we can wait x

    Hi all,

The update form is now working.

I would suggest you dont double up on what you have already posted on here for January, and just use the update form for February to make it easier for Slowly Fading to get back into the swing of it...

Think this is a good idea as its the end of January.

  • It's been a pretty bad month for me in terms of saving as I was still paying off things from Christmas. I got paid the other day and automatically put £200 into my H2B - which I would usually do anyways, but it's not the separate saving I wanted to do. I'm going to think about whether or not I want to combine my H2B and general monthly savings or just report my general savings - they'll be going into two bank accounts but it may help to keep me motivated.

I'm also thinking about doing one of the 52 money week challenges as I think it could come in quite handy. I've missed the January challenge but may be able to scrape together a little bit of money! As well as this, my bf got me a savings notebook for Christmas so I'm going to try and record my daily spends in it! Happy savings!

#11 with £2314.00 for January - many thanks, SF and Westie. Looks like it'll be a good few months before getting a bit tougher in the Spring, so will make the best of it while it lasts :)

58 checking in with a total of £1,252.10 for January :T

Definitely surprised myself with that total but was undoubtedly helped by a double pay shift on New Years Day. This is just my own savings, the OH is doing his own thing :rotfl:

Had a new development re house purchase as we have since gone on the market and sold as we found another house we liked, only to be rejected. So we are now in the position where we have sold, but nothing on the market we like in our original price budget! So we are having to stretch ourselves to the next bracket so I will be saving like mad these next few months
  • Hi - how does this work?! Sorry - newbie!!
