So far today I've been shopping and bought new towels and new bedding, changed the gas, elec, water and phone over to my name, so that's just about all the bills sorted. I've cleaned about 1/4 of the skirting boards in the lounge, yuck horrible job, but it needs to be done.
Right back to it.Debts: Mum £3923 0% APR0 -
Anyway.. the laundry is sorted ready to be put away.. and DD3 is vacuuming the now emptied back room.. the sofa if foul.. I MUST get it washed!!.. especially as it looks like it is going to live at my sisters providing she decides to get this new place she has just been to see.. it is unfurnished.. and with the sofa gone I'll beable to keep this room MUCH tidier (it just gets cluttered with junk) and maybe pretend I'm posh and move the table into the bay, add a pretty cloth and a plant or vase of flowers!!
Ooh.. I could move the armchair and pouffe (I hate that thing!!) from the front room in here too and have room for a christmas tree in both rooms..:T :T :T

Well, I'm back and quite proud of myself!
Despite the fact that the living room has a bathroom in it, it looks strangely tidier..
Hallway is the triumph. Still covered in plaster, but I moved the piano and cleaned it, ready for Freecycle pick up, dusted behind and washed all the skirting boards. Moved the spare beams into the spare room, and tidied the cabling.
Ironing and soup making after I've been to the gym this evening.
Still can't get to grips with this meal planning stuff. What to have for dinner? Aaargh.
