  • Well done Lilo - would rather paint a wall than have to wash one down.
    I'd rather be watching CSI!
  • the living room has a bathroom in it

That's some size living room laughing-smiley-014.gif - still handy for when you want a soak and to watch the TV at the same time tongue.gif

Seriously tho', doesn't it drive you mad that in order to sort out one room for decorating, the whole of the house gets in a state - I'm dreading when we have to have the windows and lintels changed because I know the entire house will be a bombsite

    Hi everyone,

Have had a really bad headache all day - must be that one that was doing the rounds last week - I started off the day when it was just about bareable and managed to do a few things, but by lunch, I felt sick cos it hurt so much. I resorted to lying in the dark living room after taking 2 ibuprofen and a cuppa soup, with a hot lavender wheat bag on my head and a film on five. I'm now feeling more human so I'm ready to do a 30 minute challenge if anyone else is up for one? See you at 5.10?

Hi everyone, been a crazy day so far here. Slept in this morning and then stuggled to find all school stuff, then teacher phones just as i'm about to go out the door and say's that DD's class is going on a school trip and she need's a packed lunch, of course there wasn't much in as i do shopping tomorrow.angry-smiley-030.gif
Then finally got tenancy agreement signed and got a witness but need to find another, so hopefully do that tonight and get it sent in.
Libary sent a letter about a book being overdue so had to phone them and tell them it was left in a month ago.angry-smiley-030.gif
Social worker out on time and she was good gonna find out information for us about meetings for parents with disabled children and what is available for DD.sport-smiley-001.gif
This week the appointments are coming in quick tomorrow OH has to look round a center that he will be going to, hopefully it will give him some motavation. Going swimming on wednesday, Thursday car is in for a service so need to clean it firstlaughing-smiley-014.gif it is awful. Friday DD's physio start's up again.
    So will be all go.

Lil_me i'm so glad matthew is doing well, DD (Aliyah) was in the SCBU for 3 months and it was unreal, we never got to hold her for over a month, broke my heart.
    Mumoftwo hope all goes well.
    Hugs to everyone feeling poorly.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Photogenic I've been Money Tipped!
:D:D:D I'm happy. Got an email this morning from Powergen saying my e-bill was ready. When I logged in we had £153 CREDIT  Go looking at the payments and notice that they have been taking £94.50 from me  So in the last quarter they have had...wait for it....£591.35 from me  NO wonder I'm nearly £1000 in my overdraught :mad: Very annoyed as last month I changed my Direct Debit to £70 via the website but it must have gone through. With one thing and another I didn't update money until today so I hadn't noticed the discrepency :o Immediately I emailed them a polite query asking if they could change my Direct Debit to £70 a month as I was struggling to pay the £95 ;) But contact me via email (so I can have it in writing ;) My latest device in getting things sorted with companies :rotfl: ) and I've just logged in to find this :
Hello Miss XXXXXXX and thank you for your email.

I have reduced your monthly Direct Debit payments to £70.00. The first payment of this amount will be taken on 1 November 2007.

As there is a credit balance of £153.84 on your account I have produced a refund for the amount of £53.84. This amount will be credited to your bank account in the next 7 working days.

As we are entering the colder months and your consumption is expected to increase I have left a credit of £100.00 on your account.

    Kind regards
:D:D:D I'm a happy bunny - thats a night out at the end of the month paid for :rotfl::rotfl:

I've harvested my carrots and put them in the slowcooker with some reduced sausage from Co-op (only spent £4 in there and that 2 packs of buns, a wholemeal loaf, packet of biscuits, a bag of transformer crisps for DD, and the sausages :D ) and some parsnips from the garden as well :D

Now I just need to go and scrub my nails - I've been helping DD to print to PDF files some things on the cbeebies website which she is now doing all on her own :D:rotfl:

Not done much else, so I'm off to scrub these nails. OH is due in anytime!
