Dishes are done, but on clearing out the fridge to double check what I need from Asda I've managed to find more washing up

Livingroom is as decluttered as it can be until the washing and ironing is done. Well when I say decluttered it's all sitting in a crate on the sofa waiting to go upstairs :o:rotfl:

I really need to hoover & dust (thinking I might just flick around with the featherduster  ) and the kitchen floor needs hoovering & mopping :o

Still playing musical laundry infront of the fire (boy it's warm in here!) but at least the sun has come out and the wind has picked up a bit so hopefully the bedding thats out on the line will dry :D

Just about to head over to the Asda website to see how much the shopping I have on my list will cost, then halving it! ;) I'm sure we won't die if I don't buy worchestershire sauce and OH can always use my shampoo if needs be :rotfl::rotfl:

    Right, shopping list.

Tori my eldest went through a stage of waking up at 5:00 am when he was that age - it was tough. He is 13 now and believe me it is not a problem we have now:rotfl: You might find it better when the clocks change in the next couple of weeks - at least to you it will then be 6:00!

ok.. lunch break girlies.. what we snaffling today? I have freezer surprise and a cupoa.

Kitchen floor is nice now.. apart from the heap of floor grot in the corner.. I need to have a musical laundry session too. I have a basket full of school wear from the girls room yesterday

I also decided the children can clean this back room when I get them from school. I need to deflea the little 3 as well I found 2 on Tiddles this morning and 3 on DD3.

I need to whizz over the worksurfaces in the kitchen and wipe the table.. then I can sort the folded laundry into piles and they can put that away too.

Am I mean having them clear a room and put away the laundry.. bear in mind I have 6 of them capable of doing these jobs??

DD1 has been entered for the KS3 SATs extension paper for her maths so she should be getting level 8... *proud beam*.

WM load 3 just finished so I have another wet load to dry somehow!!

I'm now starting feel like Cinderella and wondering if I should give Lucifer his bath!! lol
I have a heap of stuff I need to photograph for ebay too.

I want to ebay stuff  Completely pointless though ATM as postal workers are still out on strike here  Apparently Royal Mail drafted in 300 students here to sort the mail out the other day :rotfl: They only usually do that at Christmas so the back-log must be huge! Bet us lot could sort it out in just a couple of hours though, and have it delivered :rotfl::rotfl:

I'm hoping that since it's gone quiet on MSN I should be okay to go to Asda, but I might just pop to the Co-op instead and pick up a loaf, then go to Asda straight from school tomorrow while its quiet ;)

Oopps spoke to soon - apparently OH might have found a way to stop some of the SPAM we keep getting :rotfl: He's supposed to be fixing the work email :rotfl::rotfl: Oh, boys and their toys

  • DH took DS to school so I scooted around in my PJ's for an hour and did loads!
Then I had my hair cut at home and that made me feel better so I have managed to get the kitchen and dining room done. I currently don't work Mondays and these two rooms are open plan in our house so it works best for me to do them together when I have more time.
Just had a cuppa and will now send some emails, write a couple of letters and I have already made 2 phone calls I've been putting off.
Will probably collapse in a heap soon, but doing stuff whilst I feel like it!
...it is not of more importance than daily life, which I have an enduring wish to make as useful and beautiful as possible.
