Morning all ... Good luck to those who have things on today, (((hugs))) to everyone as well
I'm preparing myself for a hellish week - with the main server at OH's work being down he's in for a stressful week which means he'll come in in a bad mood nearly everynight this week  So don't be surprised if you see me on here or Facebook alot of an evening :rotfl: BUT it does mean that if I really want to get everyroom cleaned this week properly, and everything sorted out to get rid of the stuff we don't want (if neither of us want something whats the point in keeping it?) I need to get it done during the day! Charity shop run on Saturday whether OH likes it or not, hell I'll even pack the car Friday night if I have to :rotfl:
Right, DD's hair needs doing so see you later :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

lil_me that's really great news about Matthew x and thanks for offering to take me for my car (other thread) I'm very touched x
On my second brew of the day and really can't get motivated, think I'm tired after my busy weekend lol so I'm not gonna post a list (yet) cause at the moment I have no intention of doing it, maybe a quick S&S round the place, we'll see.
I think the kids break up for half term the end of this week  better double check or else I'll be sending them off and the gates will be closed (I've done it before)so will have to squirrel away a bit of cash from somewhere this week so we can at least have one trip out, maybe the pics and mcdonalds
probs gonna utilise our lovely coastline for free walks and kick abouts with the football or the kite?
All the best for your DD mumoftwo x
Tinselfairy hope you feel better soon x
Anyway, gonna go and do pigsback, laters x0 -

Morning all!
Good luck today mumof two - hope it goes ok xx
LO has been awake since 4.30!!! He has just gone back to sleep when I took girls to school - I really need some advice on how to get him to sleep until at least 6 if any of you have any!!
He goes to be at 7.15ish so he should really sleep later than 5ish - he has two sleeps in the day 9-10 and 1ish-2ish - combined they are never more than 3 hours and sometimes not even 2 hours - any advice???
Anyway WM on, front room and hallway tidied and hoovered yesterday so of to Tesco when he wakes for more shopping and bits for his party tomorrow
Have a good day all xx0 -
How old is he tori? All I can think of is to try and keep him awake in the afternoon, or put him to bed a bit later and see how that goes? or don't let him get up when he wakes up at some ungodly hour. Mine never have been early risers (thank goodness) but on the odd night when they woke up during the night - and I class even 6am as during the night lol they were told to go back to sleep, or at the very least to stay in bed cause mammy was NOT getting up.0

He is 1 tomorrow em, thanks for the help, there is no way we could keep him awake in the afternoon as he would be ready for bed then at 5! Going to bed later is something we are thinking of trying but my daughters (8 & 10) go to bed at 8.30 so feel a bit hard on them if he stays up later or even as late. And to be honest he is shattered by 6.30, we have only just got it as late as 7.15-7.30! As for not letting him get up -we do give him his bottle to give himself atnd leave him in his cot as late as poss but he shouts really loud and we are bothered he will wake the girls! He is just too young to be told to go back to sleep! I think it's something I am going to have to pray he grows out off!0

Hi all planning on being back on board where possible this week:
Monday Mayhem - Living Room, Hall and Stairs
Level 1
Vacuum floors and sofas
Level 2
Dusting, even if around everything
Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe
Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets
Water any thirsty plants, wipe their poor neglected leaves!!
Level 3
Wipe light switches, sockets (make sure they are not switched on!!) and banister
Clean any other glass like mirrors, pictures etc
Put table back
Extra Mission:
Pick one or more of the following tasks –
- Paperwork clearance.. spend 15 minutes minimum sorting through those piles of paper.
- Return library books
- collect order from M&S
- returns to JL
- 30 minutes ironing
- package ebay stuff for posting
- Strip DS1 bed
The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Seems you're doing all you can tori given his age. Hopefully he will grow out of it, doesn't make it any easier in the meantime though does it lol0
